Page Content: How Much Information?
A one page website may be just what you need so that your current or potential customers can be directed there to learn more about your Voice Talent business.
However, if you are not able to get all of the information you would like on one page; or if you want to generate new business from the internet, it might make sense to add more pages.
To generate internet business you would need to continuously produce some kind of fresh information: articles, news, etc. related to your field; and long-term search engine optimization.
Information you might want to include in a one-page site:
Photo of Voice Talent
Voice Profile:This section includes: Gender, Union Affiliation, Reading Age, Voice Description, and Niche.
Biography: Description of your background, voice over abilities and experience.
Studio Snapshot: Clients and professionals can know what your capabilities are and if you'll be able to accommodate their needs.
Contact Information: This is information for potential clients to get in touch with you.
Demo Playlist: Prospective clients can have access to your voice demos.
Client List: List any current or past clients.
Training and Experience: List any source of learning or experience in the voice over business. More content options for additional pages:
Two or More Pages
Home: This is your introduction page and provides information about the purpose of your site.
Services: Explains the services you provide.
Testimonials: Include testimonials from your past or current customers to show your potential clients that you are trustworthy, reliable and that you offer great service.
Frequently Asked Questions: This has proven to be a great time saver for many companies. Instead of having to answer the same questions over and over again, place them on your website and keep adding to them.
